Did You Know that I Lived in Afghanistan for 5 years?
I lived with my family in Kabul , Afghanistan in the seventies from 1975-1979.
My Brother, sister and I studied in an Indian School there. Afghanistan was a beautiful place and our life in Kabul was good and also peaceful.
This peace was shattered when the then prime minister of Afghanistan Mr Mohammed Daoud Khan was assassinated in April 1978.
When this happened , we were in our school. All the phone lines were cut off and an immediate curfew was put. Nobody was allowed to go out and move. There were tanks and armoured cars on the roads. All the children were stuck in school and the parents could not reach them as they couldn’t call and neither could they move out of where ever they were

Vandana Nanda, is the Founder and CEO of Winbrand Academy, an Online Personal Branding and Digital Marketing School.

Through Winbrand Academy, she is helping Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, Real Estate Agents, Insurance Brokers, Authors, Actors, Musicians, Lawyers, Teachers, Industry-Specific Professionals, and of course, people with a specific Passion from around the globe brand themselves.
Vandana’s purpose is to help people brand themselves as Leaders and Authorities in either their specific niche or in whatever their passion is while creating an income doing what they love.
